This Privacy Policy explains how Nwitrade Ltd collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use the Nwitrade platform.
Information we collect
Account details (name, email, country and date of birth); identity documents and a self-portrait photograph submitted for verification; trading, funding and transaction activity; and technical data including your IP address, the approximate city and country derived from it, device and browser identifiers, and push notification tokens.
Sign-in records
Every sign-in is recorded with its time, IP address, device, browser and approximate location so that you can review your own account activity and so that we can detect access that is not yours. You can see this history in the app under Security.
How we use your information
To provide and secure the service, verify your identity, process funding and withdrawals, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform.
Legal bases
We process personal data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and for our legitimate interests in operating a secure platform.
Sharing
We share data with service providers who help us operate the platform (for example identity-verification, payment and email providers) under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms, and with authorities where legally required.
Security
We apply technical and organizational measures including encryption of sensitive fields, access controls, and audit logging to protect your information.
Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and thereafter as required to meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing.
Deleting your account
You can close your account and request erasure at any time from Profile → Security → Close account in the app, or by writing to support@nwitrade.com. We explain what is removed and what we are legally required to keep at https://nwitrade.com/account-deletion.
